I wish you all a prosperous new year and a happy one 1998 saw many changes in the US and around the world. The changes to the Bulletin Board will in my opinion be very welcome. The instability in the foreign markets seems to have been discounted here and hopefully 1999 will see the continued strength in our economy. As for AVAL.. The company enters 1999 with many new and exciting business opportunities The Internet being one As the next century will undoubtedly be recognized as the one of communications and empowerment of the individual it will be interesting to see how AVAL plans to take advantage of this. While content is important with any kiosk this also holds true for web sites. Most sites lose money while giving away content. Not a good business model. Any company relying solely on internet sales could be in for trouble as the market learns how to value these stocks. We I believe will also see more realistic IPO valuations and the companies that have strong Investment Banker support and well considered structure including capital structure should do well. Where the Internet is a value added I personally believe we will see the markets fully supported.

I believe January 1999 will see many questions answered about AVAL. Then each can decide if the investment is a good one or not.
