Thanks a lot N., you really help clear out the confusion of just who PRI competes with. I would like to ask you a couple of things. Is this deal about PRI and Shinko selling each others stuff a common arrangement for firms like PRI trying to break into the Asian markets? It strikes me as kind of weird, but then again Japan is a big question mark to me. Also, do you consider Asyst to be better positioned than PRI for the long term by having "every sector of the fab automation field covered", or is it better to focus in on one or two things like interbay automation?

One more question, more or less addressed to everyone. What do you (or anyone else) think that the odds are that we will see below $50 with PRIA, outside of a general market or tech sector sell-off? A certaintity (as you would seem to indicate by your statement of a possible short position)? Maybe as low as $40? Any chance that earnings will fail to be over $2.00 this year?

Thanks,
Al
