Since the stock is trading at such a low price, it's good for the company and shareholders 'cause the dilution doesn't occur until the stock is .15 or over... But after that, look out.... Don't know the particulars on this deal so I can't tell u how much paper is coming out at .15 or over... The PP probably has a 1 year restrictive hold on it anyways, so the lender is looking at it from a longer term perspective... Once the stock is free trading, the lender can decide whether to take a tax loss or a profit... HAVE A HAPPY AND HOPEFULLY PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR ...ed
