HAPPY NEW YEAR----Whats interesting here is the buy on rumor and sell on NEWS didnt take place -----the fact that they were bidding this contract is old news -----the fact they got it and their wasn't a sell off, is only attributible to to the institutional investment community and futher represents the solid constitution of this company.
