Hi Greg,

Appreciate the news on RMR. If earnings are .64 do you think they will increase the dividend from .62. Might be kind of hard to raise it this quarter.

How are your other investments performing. I have a mixed bag with three up, one break-even and two down.

Any news on your other REITS?
