Its over. You get 1 share of PPE for each share of GND. PPE currently trading at 6 3/8....You also get 1 share of LACO for every 4 shares of GND. No price on LACO yet. GND stock closed the year 1998 at stock price of 8 1/16. If LACO is more than $2.00 we are ahead...good luck and happy new year...ggg
