Okay, Steve, we'll call a duck a duck. But even better, I say this is a good day
to call a truce.

The hope for Ligand to emerge with a wide ranging drug, and its nice trading
range along the way to that goal, provide investment opportunities for all varieties
of Ligand surfers, sailors, and horse traders.

The climate on this thread is orders of magnitude better than at midsummer.
The polarization is way down. The conversation ranges freely. This change
was possible because of the effort and patience of everyone.

Let's please celebrate the change and throw out the remaining barbs and needles
with the old Christmas tree.

Happy New Year and best wishes to all of you, and to all the patients who will be involved in Ligand trials in the coming year.
