Anyway, the bottom line is that it takes more than 52 bucks and one letter to be allowed to increase the outstanding with even one share.

Well, whatever it takes, they apparantly found it, because the float has already increased by 22 million since November.

I don't really think it's a matter of if they will sell the rest of the shares into the float, but rather when. With 22 million in less than 2 months, they are off to a zealous start,imo.
