MRD, I ve read thru the IFLY prospectus much earlier this year, read all about their plans, their running costs and the troubles with their 1-800 numbers...

But you seem to have missed on point about the "internet" signal. Despite posing as an internut has been exaggerated recently in stock prices, the basics of the message are unchanged.

If a company can move away from the normal brick&mortar business to a cheaper and more lean (in terms of turnover-related) cost structure they should have a competitive advantage in the long run. Right now, we don't know how much will be brought to the bottomline but it is widely perceived that it should do.

As for IFLY, which seemingly did a "no fish-no meat" course when first telling that they have to do (or will do) sales also over the net but then deny to be a "internet-related" company (when the internet market wore off) makes me even more scared.

And don't forget the possible warrant jack here.

not convinced....
