I believe the price of EDS stock in the next 6 months will be a direct reflection of the assessment that Wall Street has of the EDS management team. If Richard Brown is perceived, early on, as capable of turning EDS in the right direction the stock will move up quickly. This could be accomplished by selecting a high class team, shaking up the current upper management, or putting together some good looking mergers. On the other hand, if he gets off to a slow start, or stumbles, I think the stock will fall. The first moves will set the stage. Dan
