Some exciting new changes are coming our way for the upcoming year. On the technology front we are adding 25 new quote machines (10 are already in production). These new Dual 450 MHz Intel Xeon powered machines are bringing 70% more efficiency to our network. This, combined with two (2) new order servers will continue to increase the capacity and strength of our network. Our Level 2 data feed is now delivered directly from the NASDAQ. This new feed is faster and more reliable than ever before.
Fee changes for 1999:
· Clients will now have the option to use SortWizard by Neo-Ips.com free of charge, based on trading volume.

· BTRD (the ECN) is currently charging an additional 0.5 cents (one-half penny) per share. We will no longer pass this charge through to you. We will pay those fees on your behalf.
· We have reduced commissions by as much as 25%, based on your trading volume. Please keep an eye on mbtrading.com for updates.
