Couldn't agree more. And while the WCOM model of acquisition using shares works well, especially for large acquisitions, the fact that FLYR acquired with cash sends another message. It says that management values their shares MORE than cash, which is always a strong signal.

However, of all the positive signals, the high level of insider buying in the $6 to $8 interval is THE most positive of all.
