Are you buying any HEC based on your anticipated mid-Jan price?
If not. Why not?
I'm just a lurker here, but am acquiring HEC at the present. I agree with your sentiments concerning Harken. Islero may not cut the mustard, however it is not as important as most seem to believe.
PKC should realize significant price appreciation if they hold.
