Ed, I agree with everything about CSCO in reference to enterprise networking. But Telecommunications industry is a different ballgame with more OPEN STANDARDS (SS7,V90 H.323 etc) Did everyone forget when 3 com tried to capture 56k market by x2, it eventually became open V90 standard), and they don't like to deal with gorillas. My feeling is there is only ONE GORILLA that is MICROSOFT being de-gorillized by GOVT. Even MSFT has done this in consumer markets by Windows OS. They will not have same power in larger networks. Don't get carried away with this Gorilla thing. Todays' Gorilla's may become tomorrows Monkeys. Internet revolution will however benefit both Gorillas and Monkeys. Happy new year. BR
