It isn't a merger, is it? Isn't PKD acquiring SESI? Never mind, I just re-read the news piece and I stand corrected. Also, I happened to speak with an oil financial type at the airport the day after the merger deal was announced. He said they were aware of the talks for several months so he wasn't surprised to hear my friend and I tell him of the news. But when we told him the price he was flabergasted. He said the view of the industry would be that Parker stole Superior.
