T, That is why I call Greenspan the Great Enabler. He claims no interest in whether the market goes up or down. But as soon as it takes a dip, he turns on the money spigot.

The Fed is certainly not in control of money supply. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae and the money funds create plenty of it on their own.
