BBB you know, better business bureau, I think Bankers Trust bought Alex brown. So send nasty email to the president of Bankers trust. A secretary will read it and throw it in the trash but she will put one of the strikes on a chalk board on how many nasty mails they got.

Arbritration is when you dont agree with what the broker did and want to contest the transaction. So it costs but if you win you make a lot of money, especially in this case. You talk to the broker to clear things up, if that does not work, talk to their compliance dept and if that does not work tell the compliance officer that you want to contest this and bring it to arbitration. Heck you can even call me as a witness on their behaviour :), Actually I want to bring up the 2 bucks/share they charged me to sell some stock. Only $500 but I thought it was a tad too high of a commision for a limit sell order. Just glad I dont have to deal with them anymore.
