Dave, thanks...so, industry price/book is still over $1.06 PER share I was just a little high...but, with NO debt...this should be a tremendous investment both short & long term...Plus, the industry average for forestry and wood products does NOT take into considertion the profits from the website...and the rapid growth that Madera will experience in the near future due to the new contracts...so, really, my projections were probably pretty accurate in the $1.25 per share price in the near term.
