Ok I guess I will throw out my predictions on the great Ecommerce melt down.

On April 1, (April Fools Day)hackers break into a major site, sending security issue alarm bells off through the sector.

April 19 another hacking occurs (The Day of the Waco Fire/Branch Davidians and and the OK City bombing)... causing widespread and hightened concerns on net security and credit card safety issues.

Last week of April, (TV ratings sweeps week) mainstream media start broadcasting Y2K issues on every "news magazine" causing even more damage to the shaken sector. The "news Magazines" also broadcast sob stories about people having their credit card numbers stolen and being wiped out financially.
Oprah, Sally Yessee Raphael and Geraldo Revolver is profiling people hooked on buying off the net, "Net Shopaholics" and warning of the perils of this addiction.

Eventually all this exposure will bring this sector back down to realistic P/E's and that sort of thing.
