Just an afterthought on the discussion of downside risk. One of the biggest things to factor in is how much you feel the market has already discounted the share price in light of the downside potential. Personally, I think the market has already heavily factored in the downside and then some. Of course, this is just my personal opinion (which has proven itself over the years to be incredibly right or dumbfoundingly wrong!!) So IF (my thinking goes) the market has already factored in the downside risk into the shareprice, and then you add in the Octagon selling, you may see why I think DMW shares represent such an opportunity at this point. Of course, if you feel the market hasn't factored in the downside, your risk/reward feelings may have you thinking differently, which is certainly fine too. It really depends on your persective of things and your own risk/reward tolerance. For my own nature, and what I've been able to find out so far, the risk/reward is very appealing. I think we'll soon see whether this line of thinking is fruitful or not! :)
