JR.....What I heard was that a deal is already in action but with a large out of state bank which wants the coverage in Florida. The price is going up to about 20 and more for this deal before they buy. It's hard to believe this but some old banker friends of mine are telling me this...this is what their hearing.
Let me know more of what you heard.
