Congraluations Kevin will it be your first house? Exciting and nerve racking experience, harder and harder to deal with banks because they mostly (except often Countrywide) sell the loans to the govt and so make you sign all sorts of papers under all sorts of penalties so the gov will want the loan. smod: I got it at 20 and am going to hang on. Do you know anything about their technology? There was a long news article about how they are selling to intel something called synchonous drams and how great SMOD s were compared to other companies and Im wondering if it means anything fantastic for their future. (I've got my house-or at least me and my significant other and my bank- so I'm still in.)freeus
