But does anyone know how much penalty QCOM is paying to the
Sprint Spectrum on the daily basis since they (along with Nortel)
failed to deliver PCS system on time per contract? I think this is
not only cuts their short-term profits but also affect their reputation.
Motorola, on the other hand has successfully brought Primco PCS
service to life.

Don't get me wrong, I am long QCOM over long term. But short term
(over next three month), don't expect QCOM to go higher. I'm
looking for re-entry point when it comes down to the low 40s.
Maybe I will never be able to :(
