Mary, I believe this has become a waiting game. But, for LCSG the eyes will be on it, as long as SRAD can get it as close to the NASDAQ as possible.

I feel confident about the transaction, it just might take a few months.

Also, the hidden side to this transaction, and I'm only speculating.
The fact that SRAD is making this transaction with LCSG is because the growth potential in the future with LCSG and the internet, are powerful and SRAD may need this to survive. Also, the benefit to LCSG is the public and the potential of the small cap NASDAQ.

As LCSG grows so will SRAD.
