Salim, help me out here. Please explain what negative stockholder's equity is and why it's a bad thing. Does this mean I owe Ampex money? Also a brief explanation of what accumulated deficit is would be very helpful. Why did you initially buy AXC if these factors were present? What has changed that convinced you to sell? Thanks.
