Tomato, in general, I see companies allocate the minimum required to prove the model first (i.e. they have good initial results)...and from then either scale up or down.....otherwise they put themselves into a binding ...since WSP has over 6 million(or so) in the bank, I suspect that they may use the whole amount and more if the results are as expected so far....I would not be surprised to see additional financing at much higher levels.
A side comment, WSP is starting to look signs of strength, given the market conditions, I think they are doing really well....also, volume is very good ......
