BP The Preferred are under registration with the SEC, (filed Dec 8) we are waiting on the SEC to give us their permission to start trading the Preferred (hopefully mid January). So technically until the SEC signs off on the Preferred they are "worthless".(But we wanted them in everyones' account the day they start trading.) The preferred shares should go off around 8 to 10 times the trading value of a common share... I registered them at $15 a share. (But the day of the registration we were trading $1.50 a share so the price may go higher than the registered offering price)

Read the Dec 8 SEC (SB-2) filing for the details.
