Sergio, Been looking at ASVI. First glance it looks very fundamentally sound. 1. 89% sales growth 2. 115% income growth 3. 9% profit margin 4. I also like the fact that at $17.88 ASVI is only $3.75 off it's 52-week low. There has been a little insider selling, but the blocks are so small I don't think it is of any consequence. One question, could you or Joe explain the agreement with CAT? I'm a little confused about that one, is it a possible buyout? TIA Don
