- Here's the answer & could you explain why it matters?

- "The Company (mtslf) is a subsidiary of C. Mer Industries... whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange... (owns) 3,259,270 Ordinary Shares of the Comapny (mtslf)"

- so basically, the parent, and not the management or insiders own most of the 75% of the issues & o/s shares.

- now, I don't think C. Mer has sold even a single share. So does it matter?

- and is this a good sign that the parent is the one with the ownership?
