That is exactly why you SHOULD mess around with NSCP--you do the know the value and it is trading at a discount to it's 45% per share of AOL worth. On Wednesday's close that was an 8% discount and right now that is a 15% discount (doubt that will hold up though). However, if the deal falls apart NSCP will be about 25-30% of it's current price--that is, maybe, why you shouldn't fool with it.
