I think what will be most evident in the ensuing months will be the postive announcements qcom continues to make. Mr. Jacobs referred to a couple of handfuls of qcom only proposals and other deals in the double digits progressing. You also have Russia and New Delhi(?) rollout. This continuing barrage of news should receive lots more attention than one slow rollout.

He also indicated the royalty stream will increase substantially and infrastructure equipment is begin moved as fast as they can build it, up to 5 base stations a day. And then there's the phones, this train is just starting to roll, IMO.

I also loved his portrayal of the error checking capability built into the bit stream itself, whereas poor tdma has to use a voice decoder to push it's quality. Get in a noisy area or elevator and bye bye quality. Then he stepped on them again by mentioning the higher subscriber level per bandwidth with cdma. This technology is going to eat this market bit by bit.

And the analysts loved it, you could tell. This stock is still cheap and going higher.
