I do a hell of a lot of home work on the stocks that I pick, and I
monitor the MMs by the minute, on what they do, who is short,
when the shares travel from one account to another, and shareholders think that the people selling, so they panic, and they sell their stock to the MMs cheap.I know of four MMs that play
the game together, on what they do, on when they are going to take
the stock down, and things that if I tell you that they do, you will
not believe your eyes Sir.

.I really do not know who the seller is, but you MMs I want you to know that you bring the stock down and I will buy the whole float out. Believe me I am not talking BS.
I am getting really pissed off when I see the price go down like this.
We have a new Management with strong LIONS on board that so
far have done a good job, and try their best for the company.
Now if there is a seller that is an enemy or pissed off with a company
and tries to punish the stock to get revenge, I want him to know that his success won't be for long, but he just going to give us the opportunity to buy as much stock as we can at cheap prices.
Is it you Scott Kelly that is selling stock?
I do remember that Scott Kelly said that he likes MBHC big,
even though he got the boot from the new LIONS.
I did make a mistake and did not buy stock when it was at .04.
I did buy from .68 all the way down to .10.
If this time they take the stock down to these levels again, I will buy
and buy, and buy, until I run out of money.
As for you MMs believe me that you do not want to have TAKI
controling the stock Float.
When I saw NITE come in to the stock as a MM, I said to myself
that we will have some trouble.
This MM NITE is probably the most profitable MM of them all.
He is always on the short side, very vicious, and always digs to
personal accounts and knows how many shares every client got
and then he shorts the hell out of the stock.
I know him as a glass of water.
I have played a lot of games against him, and sometimes I had
laughed so hard to the point to pass out.
Not to long ago I owned 150,000 shares of one stock, and I wanted to see how he was going to react.
I gave an order to sell 10,000 shares at .06. NITE takes the order
He digs in my account sees that I own 150,000 shares, so he sells
30,000 short before my order at .06, then fills me 5,000 and sells the rest of my 150,000 shares short at the market and takes the price
down to .035, in anticipation that I want to sell at any price,so he can
get my shares cheap. Now he is also offering stock at .04.
My trick worked and I was laughing very hard.
Here is what I do: I place an order to buy 150,000 shares at .04.
He sees my order, knows it is me, fills me 20,000 shares, gets pissed
off and runs his ask up to .10.
I knew he sold my 150,000 short, so I wanted to buy another 150,000 shares to have him short 300,000 shares.
Now he was short only 170,000 shares.
The price of the stock closed at .07 and NITE was 170,000 shares
short.
I call the IR guy and I tell him that NITE was selling my stock short
that is why the stock went down,and I also tell him that he is short
170,000 shares.
Here is what happened: The IR guy had the very next morning
a lot of buyers on line to go and buy stock at the market.
When NITE saw the large orders, he called the IR guy and was
looking for stock from the company to buy at .06 and cover his short.
The IR guy told that there is not any stock MR. NITE and I suggest
you go and buy it from the market.
Here is what happened: The price of the stock open at .10, and the
first buy was NITE 170,000 shares cover at .10.
I was laughing all day with the IR guy.What an IDIOT NITE was.
I have done this to him many times, and here he is on MBHC again.
NITE get ready for party again MISTER.
I can not wait for fun. I really do not know what I would do without
people like NITE, and others that say bad things about companies
bring the prices down, and then the smart people like us,go and buy
the stock cheap, and sell it to NITE or SHRP or MHMY or HILL
five times as much.
Even though I have a lot of fun with NITE, I admire him because
he makes a hell of a lot of money.
On one stock MTEI scam he probably made $500,000. |
