Larry, you might be right about the Delphi money. You are definitely right that the company is at an interesting cusp. If they succeed and ship $4MM before money runs out, working capital to support sales should be available before the operation is self sustaining. If not, then who knows what might happen. It really depends on what kind of vultures they will have to deal with. I noticed on another thread that Castle Creek is involved with another "conditional" floorless (P-Coms, or PCMS). I'll try and go to Hoover's and see what other deals CC is involved with and we may get a better idea of how much of a vulture this organization is or is not.
