I wouldn't have the cash before then but the time frame will work just fine if the price stays here during such. <WSTL will annouce a convertable perferred deal raising approx 50mil with a current alliance partner(data integrator), the only question is the convert strike...The company wants to wait till Bel dmt is confirmed so that the convert strike can be in the teens, this could all unfold in jan99.> Fuj huh?
