Zeev and Larry, I have suggested for 8 months that financing was not a concern. Naysayers argued that Valence most likely couldn't impress anyone enough to lend them a nickel and they would go belly up. Then the Castle Creek deal came and silenced them for a moment until they looked at some fine print and warned of a "death spiral" based on January 27. I repeatedly stated my belief that financing was not "precarous". Then in December the deadline was moved to June or July with relaxed terms. The Death spiral didn't occur.

Were the naysayers right - did Valence fail to obtain a loan? Did they go belly up? Naysayers and pothole finders wrote hundreds of posts that had the effect of making shareholders worry, and I'm sure most wish they still owned stock they sold in the 3's, 4's 5's and 6's. Again, if you are so worried, find another stock. If you sold your "toe wetting" position and remain worried, so be it. Maybe startup companies are too worrisome for you and you should move on. All that energy spent on a stock you don't own! Imagine what time you might spend on a stock you do indeed own or have a material interest in!
