How about the nearest hit on January 31 gets free use of your house in Hawaii for a one week holiday and the closest on 1/1/00 gets it permanently <g>. If it closes near my prediction you'll be so wealthy you won't notice it's gone <vbg>. Which island are you on? I need to start shopping for a moving company. Frank
