Hi Laz. I am sure he meant to say thanks for discussing PR firms with Mr. Chin, but since Paul's post was silent in this area, let me express appreciation for taking the time to share with us your conversation with company officials.

There was also another company called investor hotline.
invhot.com

I asked Cheryl about them some time ago. She informed me that they
were retained approximately one year ago to
coordinate some radio and video promotion of the Company. They had
executed and completed the tasks they were set to accomplish, and there is no further work on behalf of Digitcom that they are required to do.

In regard to Liberty Capital (LC), as I recall, they claimed to have sold their position in digitcom at the 1 dollar level. (I believe that came out in the SEC investigation into them but I can check on that.)
Under the original arrangement, I believe LC would also receive additional compensation, in the form of shares, should Digitcom achieve listed status.

Since we have parted ways with LC and they are no longer performing any services for us, I would like to think we have no further obligations toward them, period. Not sure that is 100 percent correct, and was wondering if in your conversation you might have inquired about this.

Thanks again.
