PR, this stock is very thin and can move either way 10-13 cents on very little volume..The 60 cent level is the resistance level. There seems to be some shorting going on and it may be illegal shorting offshore. A number of shareholders are going to investigate it tomorrow with the help of persons very familiar with the stock. If there is sufficient evidence then the officials of the VSE will be notified and the culprits shall have to settle... The run up in the stock is due to buying coming in from US investors who are buying it in size .
