Amigo, read the management section of the S1. Everybody on this thread wants to chat and no one wants to do any real research. Guess what? It ain't that hard to do, so do it. Go to nasdr.com and read up on the mangement securities industry history as well as First London Securities, teh undertaker in this joke. Figure out what the lack of competitive barriers are and read up on insider selling. Someone addresses those issues and the truth will be worth talking about. BTW, you ain't the arbiter of responsible posting, bud so get off your high horse.
