Greggy, I wonder if the book will discuss the "tech know" generation. There appears to be an almost cult like following amongst college students and young people coming into the work force. They are hooked on Dell computers. Can you blame them! Based on my experience of buying a V350 for my sister-in-law for Christmas (ordered on 12/16/98 and produced and shipped on 12/17/98, 25 hours later), no wonder Dell is kicking major league butt and gaining market share. What an amazing buying experience! :o) Drew
