I agree 100% with your analysis. However , I would like to add two points if I may . Firstly , that regardless of gross sales figures, BII MUST substantially increase its gross margins as well. BII currently has gross margins about 1/3 that of its US counterparts. BII is presently trading at approx. 5x projected sales . This is comparable to EGGS even though EGGS enjoys much higher margins. Secondly, in a recent study, Canadian companies were shown to have a history of actually doing poorer when moving to US exchanges. If BII makes it there , it will be interesting to see how they fare.
