I received messages in e-mail and the thread that there is more information in the 10sb than you and I saw. The link that SEAN SALISBURY gave us was only 87 pages. I followed JOHN WHITE'S instructions in post 2382 and clicked on the 10sb (not the 10q) and in paragraph FS-15 and beyond are the financial reports for June 30th, 1998 and September 30, 1998. I printed 107 pages this way.

I believe you had some accounting knowledge and you might want to peruse the last two quarters. Here are the highlights:

1- ADOT collected another 72k ending in June 30th.

2- ADOT did not collect anything for the quarter ending Sept 1998

3- ADOT's outstanding shares was 14.1 mill ending Sept 1998

4- ADOT is planning to sell part of Biomoda's holdings in 1999. (My opinion is: this will happen if Biomoda will go public in 1999).

5-ADOT lost 1.2 cents in period ending June 30th, 1998.

6-ADOT lost 1.3 cents in period ending Sept 30th, 1998.

7-ADOT has a sentence that states that the 1.7 million dollar contract is expected to be completed in 1999. No month was given and the sentence that was there 6 months ago stating that the contract will be done in March of 1999 is no longer there.

8-In period ending June 30th, ADOT reversed the unrealized gain on Biomoda shares that they reported in period ending March 31st, 1998.
In the books, I believe, Biomoda's Holding are carried at their costs.
That method should change once Biomoda will go public.

The above is to the best of my knowledge. If someone has a comment or a correction , please do.

In another note of interest: I showed my wife the BB that DTEK installed in Serramonte Shopping mall, since we now own some share of it. She thought it was beautiful and neat. Her other comment was:
"if DTEK installed some BB in Las Vegas then the product is acceptable and economical, She also added ADOT should hurry up as opportunity passes."

I have been saying in my postings that the BB might be delivered in MARCH/JUNE of 1999. But now I will stop saying that as ADOT is more cautious now and just says they expect the contract to be completed in 1999.
