I'd not heard anything about any New Years Eve auction, (and IMHO buying stuff on New Years Eve doesn't sound like something Real Millionaires would do anyway) so dunno where to look for source of rumor, but I'll surf around tomorrow. In the meantime, if you could possibly provide the name of the landlord/realtor/phone# on the "for lease" sign, I know someone expert & longtime in that business nationwide who'd likely be more than happy to do some DD for us & should be able to quickly find out "straight from the horse's mouth" what The Truth Is Out There, is.
