Dear Alex

This company got my attention when I heard the old man traded away the RR and kept the right of way. I heard about the great rate on long distance at qwst and signed up. They put the change in and only changed my Long Long distance not my Short Long distance. It took me a month to fix that one.

Next I saw an internet ad on netcenter for qwst as a ISP. I tried to sign up. You have to email to get the setup disk. I waited a week and it came in the mail. Did the setup, with one little problem, the screen (as if it were alive)asked for a product number that was on the mailing package. It was not. I then went through a series of calls (about 10)with the qwst customer service folks to find out that they (was it a person or a program)left it off and that I would need to send off another request.

I'm pissed.

If they are going to make money, they better make it fast. They're competitive advantage won't last long.

Regards
Dave U
