Are you sure that it's Nortel's and QCOM fault?
In Seattle and Boston, Bechtel started the civil
construction recently. That is in no way Nortel's
fault. Because Sprint has had problems in other
area's isn't reflective of deployment of the systems.

You got to have permits, crews, shelters, towers
before you can even begin to install the equipment.
