Now, let us take a look at eBay , the popular Internet auction company.
Apparently, they have lots of computers, such as www.ebay.com, toys.ebay.com,
baseball.ebay.com, etc. The point of this exercise is to show that
eBay has extensive resources for handling electronic commerce, while
millionaire.com uses an ISP that provides Web services to dozens of
small businesses. The question then becomes, how can millionaire.com
proclaim that it will be a huge e-commerce venture, given the limited
facilities at its disposal? It's very easy to create Web pages, and
there are hundreds of thousands of personal home pages on the Web,
but there are not as many outfits set up to do heavy e-commerce, and
millionaire.com isn't one of the big players.
