I was planning to go through each point in each article and analyze each one separately, but as I read through them, I decided it wasn't worth it. I don't believe that there is a single accusation in the entire document that someone as skillfully duplicitous as Bill Clinton could not at least give the appearance of disputing. And as you implied in your previous post, in modern politics appearance counts.

Personally, I found the most compelling and indisputable statement to be: "...William Jefferson Clinton has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute on the Presidency, has betrayed his trust as President, and has acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

You know, it's tough being cynical and idealistic at the same time.
