- I confirmed that Zero shares have been sold: - per the 5/21/97 ipo Prospectus: "Beneficial Ownership after offering: C. Mer Industries Ltd., 3,269,270 shares" - per the 8/26/98 "Notice of Annual General Meeting of Sahreholders: "C. Mer Industries Ltd., 3,269,270 shares" - Rule 144 would have allowed C. Mer to sell these shares. But they haven't even sold one share. This speaks volumes about their confidence in the company.
