NAVR - Getting it below 9 again probably won't happen IMHO unless the inets tank severely, which is always of course a possibility. I got more Friday at 10. I'm betting it will range from 10-11 or 11 1/2 until more develops. Again, it's as close to a no brainer as you can get in this business (investing).
