It will be our first house. Here in Coronado CA "starter homes" are over $300K! I should know more about the technology since I am a computer guy, but I confess I haven't gotten into it other than I see flash memory as an excellent area to be a part of going forward. That's really about as much of the specifics I can say other than the heuristic stuff. I am still hanging onto some SNDK in my IRA though. Kevin
